UN Special Envoy Hans Grundberg told the Security Council that Yemen has slid back into "full-scale war," with civilians bearing the brunt of escalating violence. At least 46 civilians have been killed since August. Saudi Arabia and Yemen's government urged the Council to act against Houthi attacks, including strikes on Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport that killed three Saudis.
