A new documentary, Always Lalisa, follows Blackpink's Lisa Manobal through a race scandal that erupted while she rehearsed for Coachella 2025. Leaked videos showed the band using racial slurs as teenage trainees. Director Sue Kim filmed Lisa's candid dressing-room response, in which she said she was 15 or 16 and unaware of the word's history. The film opens on 12 October.
