An autopsy has confirmed that actor Nana Patekar died of a heart attack caused by a blood clot in the left main coronary artery. The 75-year-old was rushed to a hospital in Goa on October 8 but could not be revived after 45 minutes of CPR. He was cremated with full state honours in Donje village.
