Andy Burnham will release details of his meetings with Manchester City figures after criticism of his comments on the club's guilty verdict for breaching Premier League financial rules. An independent commission found City broke rules from 2009 to 2018, funneling over £830m via sham contracts. Burnham, a former Manchester mayor, said he had one significant meeting in 2021. City have appealed; sanctions are pending.
