King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia will visit Ceuta on October 13 and Melilla on October 14, his first trip to either city as king since 2014. The visit follows July's migration crisis at the Ceuta border and revives Spain's long-running sovereignty dispute with Morocco, which claims both North African coastal cities as its own territory.
