INDIA bloc leaders were halted about 600 metres from the Supreme Court on Monday during a protest demanding the removal of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Chief Justice Surya Kant declined their request for a meeting, saying the matter is already sub judice and they should file a petition. Opposition leaders urged citizens to join the march.
