Henry Rice, a World War Two signalman who served off Normandy after D-Day, has died at 100. From Cranleigh, Surrey, he arrived at Juno Beach five days after D-Day aboard HMS Eastway and later received France's Legion d'honneur. The Spirit of Normandy Trust praised his commitment to remembrance.
