Nobel Prizes Conclude With Economics Award to Two Americans

This year's Nobel Prize season ended Monday as two American economists won the Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences for models that help manage economic shocks. Medicine, physics, chemistry, literature and peace laureates were also honored, including Gaza commission head Navi Pillay. Ceremonies will be held Dec. 10, the anniversary of Alfred Nobel's death.
