At least two people have died in Mexico as Hurricane Simon and the remnants of former storm Rachel battered Pacific coast communities. A 71-year-old man was killed in Chilpancingo when a retaining wall collapsed, while a young girl died in Baja California. At least 10 others are missing, and forecasters warn Simon could make landfall Thursday or Friday.
