Noel Tata and his son Neville have filed caveats in Bombay High Court and Mumbai City Civil Court against four fellow trustees of the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust, which holds about 28% of Tata Sons. The filings, made on October 7, come amid a governance dispute after two trustees complained to the Maharashtra Charity Commissioner.
