President Prabowo Subianto dismissed chief of staff Listyo Sigit Prabowo on Wednesday, a day after police arrested him over allegedly illegal wiretapping of the president and cabinet ministers. Two other senior police officers were also arrested. A presidential spokesperson said the conduct may amount to treason. The alleged tapping occurred while Listyo led the National Police.
