Appeals court revives Ohio father's lawsuit over son's fatal police shooting

The Sixth Circuit has revived a civil rights lawsuit filed by Ralph Isham over the fatal police shooting of his son Elijah in Moraine, Ohio, after a highway crash. Isham filed the complaint himself before the deadline; the district court dismissed it as invalid because he lacked a lawyer.
