Pakistan said it would consider issuing a visa to Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann if he wishes to visit, Foreign Office spokesperson Sajjad Haider Khan said. Mann was invited to the World Punjabi Conference in Lahore on November 27 but questioned whether India would let him travel. Khan said New Delhi's permission is a separate matter.
