Five people were killed and several injured when a tractor-trolley met with an accident in Uttar Pradesh's Sitapur district, police said. The injured were shifted to a nearby medical facility. IG Lucknow Range Kiran S. said overspeeding appears to be the prima facie cause and that passengers were being illegally ferried in the vehicle.
