Shami retires from Test cricket after 13-year career

Mohammed Shami announced his retirement from Test cricket on Friday, exactly 13 years after his debut, ending a career that yielded 229 wickets in 64 matches at 27.71. The 36-year-old pacer, who will continue in white-ball cricket, said the red ball and Test cap made him who he is. Injuries limited his recent appearances.
