Noel Tata will retire as Chairman and Director of Voltas on November 11, 2026, upon reaching 70 under Tata Group superannuation rules. The board has appointed him Chairman Emeritus from November 12, 2026, and named Sunil D'Souza as his successor. Jayant Balan will become Managing Director from May 2027.
