US President Donald Trump has publicly asked UFC chief Dana White to become White House press secretary in a post on Truth Social, saying White would be "a Press Secretary like none other." It is unclear whether the offer is genuine. The post follows Republican losses in the midterm elections, and the press secretary role has been vacant since mid-October.
