Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has invited industrialists to set up units in Kodangal, launching the RARE Industrial Hub and related initiatives. He announced a radial road linking Shamshabad International Airport to Kodangal will be completed by December 2027, cutting travel time to about 70 minutes. A 250-acre Kodangal Education Hub is also planned.
