Delhi HC refuses PIL against CJP protest violence

The Delhi High Court on Friday refused to entertain a PIL by NGO Save India Foundation seeking criminal action against those involved in arson and attacks on police during the July 20 Cockroach Janta Party protest at Jantar Mantar. The bench granted liberty to approach authorities, directing them to consider the representation in accordance with law.
