Indian seafarer killed in Black Sea attack

An Indian crew member was killed when the commercial vessel MV Omorfi was attacked in the Black Sea near Russia on July 18, India's Ministry of External Affairs confirmed. Two other Indian nationals on board are safe. India condemned the attack on civilian shipping and urged all parties to ensure maritime safety. The incident follows a similar attack on MV Golden Leo near Odesa that killed four Indian seafarers.
