Amarnath Yatra resumes after six-day suspension

The Amarnath Yatra resumed on Saturday after a six-day suspension due to heavy rainfall, with a fresh batch of pilgrims departing from Jammu's Bhagwati Nagar base camp under tight security. Only the Baltal route is open; the Pahalgam route remains closed due to bad weather. The 57-day pilgrimage began on July 3 and ends August 28.
