CJP ends NEET protest after government accepts demands

The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) ended its month-long protest on Saturday after the Centre accepted its key demands, including the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. The government also agreed to provide Rs 1 crore compensation to families of students who died by suicide, withdraw FIRs against protesters, and take no action against demonstrators. The breakthrough followed a third round of talks between Union ministers JP Nadda and Jitendra Singh and CJP representatives. The two sides will meet again in four weeks to discuss broader exam reforms.
