Israeli workplace software maker Monday.com is laying off approximately 630 employees, or 20% of its workforce, as part of a restructuring plan to focus on its AI Work Platform. Co-CEO Eran Zinman announced the cuts in an internal memo, stating the move aims to create a leaner, more autonomous organization for the AI era, not to replace workers with technology.
