Flatiron Building's $58.5M condos near completion

The iconic Flatiron Building in New York City is nearing the end of a seven-year renovation converting it into ultra-luxury condos. Prices range from $11 million for three-bedroom units to $58.5 million for a full-floor penthouse. The 1902 Beaux-Arts landmark, once an office building, will feature 36 apartments with amenities including a 60-foot pool and wellness center. First residents are expected in coming months, with full completion by early 2027.
