Lando Norris snatched pole position for the Hungarian Grand Prix by 0.012 seconds, denying Lewis Hamilton a record 10th pole at the Hungaroring. The McLaren driver clocked 1:17.207 in Q3, with Ferrari's Charles Leclerc third. Championship leader Kimi Antonelli qualified fourth for Mercedes, while Max Verstappen placed sixth. Norris called it a tough session, while Hamilton admitted going out first was a wrong call.
