Cameroon prison's record label turns inmates into stars

New Bell prison in Douala, Cameroon, has its own record label, Jail Time Records, where inmates record songs and music videos from inside the facility. Co-founded by former inmate Steve Happi and artist Dione Roach, the label has produced viral hits, including Empereur's 'Sa Ngando' with 24,000 YouTube views. A documentary about the label won three awards at the Tribeca film festival.
