Collector preserves legacy of exiled Maharaja Duleep Singh

Peter Bance has spent three decades collecting over 2,000 artifacts belonging to Maharaja Duleep Singh, who was exiled from India to Britain in 1849. Bance's collection includes items from Singh's daughters, including suffragette Princess Sophia. Many artifacts are on display at Kensington Palace's 'The Last Princesses of Punjab' exhibition, highlighting the long history of Punjabi presence in England.
