Delhi approves ₹1.97 crore study for elevated road on Aruna Asaf Ali Marg

The Delhi Public Works Department has approved ₹1.97 crore for a feasibility study on a proposed elevated road along the 4-km Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, a key arterial in South Delhi linking Mehrauli-Mahipalpur Road to the Outer Ring Road. The corridor serves JNU and other national institutes. The study will assess technical, financial, traffic, and environmental viability as part of a broader plan to create model corridors.
