UAE minister pitches joint critical minerals investment with India

UAE Minister Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri called for deepening India-UAE ties through joint investments in critical minerals like lithium and cobalt, and urged revision of the bilateral air services pact to increase seat capacity. Speaking in Ahmedabad, he said the next phase of partnership should involve trilateral investments to secure supply chains amid geopolitical risks, and linked aviation capacity to trade and tourism growth.
