Bihar bandh violence: three shot, 423 held

Three people sustained bullet injuries during a statewide bandh in Bihar over the NEET paper leak and police action against student protesters in Delhi. Clashes erupted in Siwan district, prompting police to fire tear gas and conduct aerial firing. Superintendent of Police Puran Kumar Jha said it was unclear if all injuries were from police fire. Over 400 people were taken into custody and 58 police personnel injured.
