Pakistan monsoon death toll tops 100

At least 107 people have died and 344 others injured in monsoon rains and floods across Pakistan since late June, according to the National Disaster Management Authority. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa recorded the highest deaths at 55, followed by Punjab with 36. More rain is expected from Wednesday, with Punjab's Ravi River at medium flood level.
