Zepto, investors discuss revised $3 billion IPO valuation

Quick commerce player Zepto and its investors have initiated talks for a targeted post-money IPO valuation of around $3 billion, down sharply from its $7 billion valuation in October 2025. The proposed IPO includes a primary issue of about Rs 5,000 crore and a small secondary component. No final decision has been made, and discussions are ongoing after Zepto received Sebi approval in April.
