Bihar withdraws FIRs against NEET protesters

The Bihar government announced on Monday it will withdraw all FIRs and legal proceedings against individuals involved in NEET-UG exam protests before 6 pm on July 26. Arrested or detained protesters will be released immediately. The decision follows widespread unrest after Delhi Police used force on demonstrators near Jantar Mantar on July 20, leading to violence, injuries, and arrests across Bihar.
