Rayalaseema emerges as India's new industrial hub

The TDP government's focus on ease of doing business and infrastructure has transformed the arid Rayalaseema region into a manufacturing hub. Major projects include JSW Group's ₹16,350 crore steel plant, KIA Motors' car plant, Royal Enfield's motorcycle unit, and defence facilities by DRDO and Bharat Forge. The region, once drought-prone, now attracts big-ticket investments across sectors.
