SC stays rave party FIR order against Kullu officials

The Supreme Court on Monday stayed the Himachal Pradesh High Court's order to register an FIR and constitute an SIT against Kullu's Deputy Commissioner and Superintendent of Police for allegedly allowing rave parties in Parvati Valley. However, the bench refused to interfere with the HC's direction to transfer the officials. The court was hearing appeals challenging the HC's June 24 order, which had cited the administration's failure to maintain public order.
