Taiwan detains Nvidia employee in Super Micro probe

Taiwan prosecutors have detained an Nvidia employee as part of an investigation into alleged illegal exports of Super Micro AI servers to China, according to local media. The suspect, surnamed Chang, was detained after searches on July 24. The probe follows earlier detentions and a U.S. Justice Department case accusing Super Micro associates of smuggling AI technology to China.
