TMC's Banerjee calls anti-paper leak bill admission of failure

While extending his party's support to ensure fair exams, Banerjee argued that stronger laws cannot substitute accountability or erase '12 years of incompetence.' Union Minister Jitendra Singh defended the bill as a milestone legislation reaffirming the government's commitment to students.
