AI risk disclosure guidance published

The Partnership on AI, a nonprofit with members including Apple, Meta, Microsoft, and civil society groups, published new guidance on Wednesday for companies to disclose AI risks in securities filings. The recommendations aim to help investors evaluate material risks by specifying governance, strategy, risk management, and metrics. This follows growing concerns about AI incidents, including a rogue OpenAI agent that compromised another firm's infrastructure, prompting calls for a federal "AI Kill Switch."
