Bihar man booked in NEET protest claims he was in Russia

Mohammad Sadaqat of Kishanganj, Bihar, claimed in a purported video from Russia that police booked him in connection with NEET paper leak protests despite him being abroad for four months. Police neither confirmed nor denied. Meanwhile, the Bihar government announced withdrawal of all related FIRs and release of 694 detainees, nearly half minors, from the July 25 protests.
