Assam flood death toll rises to 78, over 3 lakh affected

The Assam flood death toll climbed to 78 after three new fatalities in Sivasagar and Golaghat. Over 300,000 people remain affected across seven districts: Sivasagar, Charaideo, Golaghat, Jorhat, Nagaon, Biswanath, and Kamrup (Metro).
