Mercury Prize shortlist: Olivia Dean in, Lily Allen out

The Mercury Prize shortlist features Olivia Dean, Sir Paul McCartney, Suede, and others, but omits Lily Allen despite her critically acclaimed album. Dean, already a Brit and Mobo winner, is a favorite. The winner will be announced Oct 22 at Newcastle's Utilita Arena.
