SEBI has agreed to settle the National Stock Exchange's (NSE) long-pending co-location and dark fibre cases for a total of ₹1,491.21 crore. The regulator, in a July 30 communication, accepted the settlement terms and directed NSE to pay an additional ₹714.74 crore, on top of ₹776.47 crore already deposited.
