LinkedIn is rolling out a feature that lets users flag posts as 'AI slop' to filter low-quality AI-generated content from their feeds. Flagged posts disappear, and posters may receive a private notification that their content may seem inauthentic. The move aims to preserve authenticity amid a surge of AI-generated posts; a recent study found nearly two-thirds of AI-generated long-form posts appear on LinkedIn. LinkedIn also removed the 'Enhance with AI' option from post drafting.
