Zero FIR filed against Noida woman for PM Modi remarks

A Zero FIR was registered in Noida against Ruchika Singh for allegedly using abusive language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a July 23 protest at Jantar Mantar. The complaint, filed by Smriti Singh, led to charges under three sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The FIR will be transferred to Delhi for investigation. The protest, organized by the Cockroach Janta Party over exam paper leaks, resulted in the Union education minister's resignation.
