New Mexico AG sues over teen forced to cross border

New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez sued the state’s child welfare agency, alleging staff drove a 15-year-old American citizen to a Texas border crossing and forced him to walk into Mexico to reunite with his deported mother.
