A Texas mother of three deported to Mexico despite having valid DACA status has filed a lawsuit against the federal government. Jessica Treviño, 34, was arrested with her husband and deported in March, while her U.S.-citizen children remain with family. USCIS notified her it would terminate her DACA due to "unauthorized travel" from the deportation itself. Her attorney argues the removal was unlawful.
