Family hires experts to review boat distress call in Nolan Wells case

The family of Nolan Wells has hired audio engineers to analyze a distress call made from a boat on the day the 18-year-old disappeared, attorney Ben Crump announced Thursday. The recording, released by Mississippi authorities, captures a July 4 call to a private towing company requesting help for a sinking vessel off Horn Island. Law enforcement officials said Wells was not on the boat when it left the island.
