Wives of slain UP mafia dons remain absconding

Four women—Afsha Ansari, Shaista Parveen, Zainab Fatima, and Ayesha Noori—wives and sister of slain Uttar Pradesh mafia dons, are wanted by police for alleged roles in murder conspiracies. Despite cash rewards and raids, they have evaded capture since the deaths of their husbands. Afsha was recently booked in a new arms case, while the others face charges in the 2023 killing of a lawyer and police officers.
