NALCO Q1 net profit jumps 90.87% on higher aluminium prices

State-run National Aluminium Company Ltd (NALCO) reported a 90.87% year-on-year jump in net profit to ₹2,003.14 crore for the June quarter, driven by higher aluminium prices, production, and sales. Revenue rose 39.28% to ₹5,302.38 crore, while EBITDA surged 81.45%. The board recommended a final dividend of Re 1 per share. The company achieved record first-quarter bauxite excavation, calcined alumina production, and alumina sales.
