Kyiv missile strike kills at least four; Zelenskyy seeks Starlink

Russian ballistic missiles hit Kyiv early Saturday, killing at least four people and wounding more than a dozen, officials said. The attack came as President Volodymyr Zelenskyy urged Donald Trump to help secure Elon Musk's permission to use Starlink for strikes inside Russia. Trump also backed further away from granting Ukraine a license to build Patriot interceptors, calling the technology 'a hard thing' to give away.
